So, as you've probably noticed, I've been trying to keep up with the #inktober
challenge. It's been a lot of fun and really good practice for my traditional inking, which I've never been very good at. I've been using mostly Faber-Castell Pitt Pens and occasionally I'll use a Pentel brush pen. All on smooth bristol.
Some of them are really rushed (Apocalypse, Thorin Oakenshield, Lady Loki) and some of them I was able to give some attention to (Groot, Darksied, Godzilla). Inking is unforgiving and mistakes don't go un-noticed, but it's good that I just put it out there. I feel like I'm learning from those mistakes and getting better as I go.
I've had to play catch up a couple times already because it's difficult for me to find enough drawing time to spend on both commissions and the challenge, but I will complete it!
